Their selection was low and prices were ok to high. A friend told me about Cycle Gear when I complained about high prices for gear. I was impressed with the variety of the selection and the prices were from low to high, with sales going on as well. The salesman was quite knowledgeable, I would describe what I want and he would explain what was available and the differences in products and then helped me try on and choose what was right for me. I even received a military discount on the gear I bought that was at regular price, active US Army. I am quite happy that I spent almost $400 instead of almost $500. HOOAH!"

"I came from over an hr away. So 2plus hour round trip and had to return to to purchase one of my items because they forgot to ring them up with my stuff. I had to travel back to get them cause they would not ship and were not available on line. Some sale people little to pushy trying to shop and to many sales people asked every time I turn around if I need something. I just wanted to look around and I told them several times If I need help id let someone know. anyhow I finally gave in to the help so I could get done , they took my stuff up to register rung up almost 400 worth of stuff and they forgot one of the items . so much for all the help. My boyfriend had was a dear and drove another 2hr plus roundtrip to pic up my boots. Couldn't even offer him any kind of discount for the trouble and it was the guys fault who took the stuff up to the counter and rung it all up and he said it was all in the 2 big bags we left with. helmet , coat pants gloves except the guy forgot my boots he took up. I just think they would have tried to make up for our trouble. "
